Ben, my salesman was so helpful the first visit that I made sure I dealt with him for purchase. He was swamped with customers when I got there but kept me updated the whole time I waited.
I was able to take my time and look for things I really needed. I went to both the regular and the outlet stores. In both stores, sales people were courteous and helpful. I received my items in a timely manner.
