The sales rep was helpful when we asked questions, but also left us alone to talk.
We should not have even had to come to the store that day, however. We tried to get info through the chat feature on the website. We were trying to find out if the set we have in still available because we wanted to add another piece. After 1.5 hours chatting with virtual, then Heidi, then Chris, and virtual again, all we knew was it was not. But no rep would tell me the name of the set we have or the type of material (even though they were looking right at our account), or if there was anything available using that material/color. It was a horrible experience and epic waste of time. So we had to drive to another city to ask in person.
