The salesperson was very knowledgable, polite, and friendly. When I explained what furniture I had in mind, he knew exactly what to show me. He wasn’t pushy, and I never felt pressured to purchase anything.
I liked that Ashley has such a nice variety of accessories to choose from ~ not only lamps and artwork, but also area rugs, bedding, throw pillows, vases, dishes, etc etc.

That I was left alone to roam and figure out what I wanted without being constantly asked by a sales representative if I needed assistance. I was greeted when I entered the store and I stated the purpose of my visit. While I was checked on, I was left alone to roam and figure out what I wanted on my own, which is what I wanted to do.

Knowledge and experience of staff
Good customer service. The sales agent used good marketing strategies to make a sale. He was very knowledgeable about the different products because he explained everything in detail and answered my questions intelligently. Unfortunately, I could not purchase anything without the consent of my husband who was not with me at the time. The ladies in the back welcomed me with beautiful smiles and courteously interacted with me. Found out that one of them has a unic name like me (Abi) The store was very clean, well organized and the everybody was well dressed.
