Morgan was very polite and professional. She answered all of my questions, listened and observed what I was looking for, and also showed me items on screen that were not displayed in the showroom. She was never pushy and kept a comfortable distance but remained close enough for immediate interaction. In a store I visited earlier in the day, the sales associate followed me all around and stayed within 10 feet while I was shopping. It was very uncomfortable. Morgan's customer service and the positive interaction earned what will be a $2500 purchase later this week.
Stephanie made furniture shopping fun and really connected with my teenage daughter. She was kind enough to make me a list of all the things I wanted .

I liked being greeted at the door but immediately was told I could shop around and the sales associate would check on me in a little bit. Very pleasant experience.
