My first experience getting a massage at Leela eco spa wasn't great. I was feeling really unhappy about my experience and like I just wasted 80 minutes of time. I addressed my concerns after the massage with the manager. She immediately followed up, apologized and was eager to do what she could to make up for the poor experience. Amy-Rose immediately tried to arrange a massage with a RMT who would better accommodate my needs. She spoke to the RMT before my appointment to make sure I was cared for well and followed up with me immediately afterwards to ensure I was happy with the experience.
The last appointment I had was amazing. The RMT did a great job, she worked on all my sore points and I felt so relaxed!

I like that my rmt was proactive with her questions about my body and focused on the parts that she heard were causing me issues. This is the first massage I've had where my arms and legs were treated as more than just an afterthought. She asked lots of questions and listened well without being overly chatty so I could also enjoy the massage. I will definitely book back in with her in the future.

The only thing I have to say is that, music can pretty distracting and loud (because of the singing) and I find it hard to relax my mind and be in the moment.
