Atmosphere
The atmosphere was super nice upon walking in and the staff were very friendly. I really liked the personalized services. It was really nice to get suggested stretches from my technician based on what she had worked. I am definitely wanting to come back because of such a positive experience. The couples massage experience was also A1.

We went for a couples massage & it was incredible! The spa was clean and the environment was very relaxing. The masseuses were professional & the massage was not rushed at all. Lots of great products available for purchase by the front desk too. We will definitely be back!
It's easy to book online. The spa itself is clean, and the ambience is nice and relaxing. The staff are courteous and friendly, and the RMTs are always amazing.

Everything is amazing. Your massage therapists are absolutely amazing and we love the environment and the tranquility that Leela provides.
However the girl at the front desk wasn’t overly friendly and seemed like she hated her job or life or both. You guys have always have a super friendly girl so we were wondering where she was that day. We were there Wednesday January 8, 2019 recently around 6:45 and she claimed not to have our records when we’ve been there countless times and didn’t even make an effort to check for our insurance. So obviously we just paid and left.
It was a little disappointing to have to experience that kind of service after we just had the most amazing experience with the massage therapists. I hope that someone talks to her about her disappointing attitude towards the customers.
Other than that we love you guys and you’re always our first choice when we want to choose a place to go for a massage!!

Great attention to detail, through, spent the whole 1hr + with me. Anne was very nice and very friendly. Beautiful relaxing facilities with great ambiance. Overall a very relaxing pleasant experience and I will return again.
