It’s never too crowded- I mostly go around 5p on weekdays. The front desk staff is friendly, the gym is kept at a great temperature, machines are repaired quickly if out of service, the cleaning stations are always stocked to wipe the machines. I’ve never used the showers, a personal trainer, any of the plus perks, or the app for anything other than to check the crowd meter and to check in. If I’m to suggest anything, it’s to install paper towel dispensers in the bathroom. Rolls on the sink counter get wet from backsplash and wet hands.
The staff is the hardest working, knowledgeable, supportive and competent I’ve ever encountered.

Restroom and locker areas are clean as is the fitness center. Staff is always professional and helpful.
It's spacious with clean locker and bathrooms.
I also like the hydro massage that come with black card services.

Strickland location - bathrooms are very clean. Capital blvd - has terrible bathrooms.

The staff is courteous. The gym was not too crowded and getting on machines was not too much of a problem.

I love this planet fitness!! Paper towels are almost always stocked (hard to run into that at a planet fitness), staff is always friendly, and it is a great environment inside. Rey is always a pleasure to see and always welcomes me!
I alway enjoy going to planet fitness because I am able to work out at my own pace. The people there to are very nice. I away relieve great customer service. I would recommend other is join.

The equipment can sometimes get crowded, but I like the variety. Also, I hate curtains on shower stalls. They're going to be gross soon. It would be better if they were glass. Poor signal reception in the building, hard to stream music as a result.

Yall have changed the treadmills. They are better. The atmosphere feels better than a year ago very clean very neat. Only 1 suggestion please keep up with the restrooms.
