Welcoming environment with great coaches. Coaches are great at recognizing your fitness level and always making workouts that continue to push your limits.
What I like the most at X3 is the healthy environment, just being around so many people who work everyday to be better helps me a lot in the way I exercise.
What also really help me improve is the fact that the coaches are attentive to details, showing you the correct movements making sure you prioritize skills over power and that you don’t injured yourself

Nandi is an amazing coach! You can tell that he’s passionate about the art of boxing and I learned so much from just taking one of his classes. Looking forward to the future!
A very nice, clean and affordable gym. Well rounded with a lot of different classes offered, be it boxing, jujitsu, kickboxing, yoga etc.

The staff were super helpful as we tried out the gym, and once we joined. The coaches have been great with my teenage son! I look forward to joining the gym soon as well.
Very personable and knowledgable staff especially Brian, Jackson, and Olivia! The members are also all super fun, helpful, and excited to be on the grind, love this gym, I wouldn't change it for the world!

Been going to the boxing class at the Marietta location for about a year and a half. Alandino and Terrence do a great job.

Great class to learn martial arts. All of the trainers that I have worked with have gotten me better and a given great workouts and tips to better myself. No matter the training the instructor that runs the course was great!
I’ve been doing personal training for a while here and the guys are very encouraging and knowledgeable.
The coaches push you, the regulars push you, and everyone's there to get better every day.
The coaches and classes are great. It would be really great if it didn't smell like sweaty ballsack when you first walk in though. It would also be great if there were commonly available gym items like full size towels or pads for olympic bars. The weights being in metric is also a minor annoyance.
