The instructors are very knowledgeable about there respective disciplines. They push you go pas your limit but are not overbearing. X3 is definitely a place to hone your skills.

I have been going here for years..due to personal injury I had to withdraw . Over I fully recovered from a devastating physical injury.. I decided to go back.. even at 50 I wanted to give it my all. The crew at Inman Park welcomed me back immediately wanted to know more about my story and encourage every moment on my first class back. It' will be baby steps for sure but there's no judgment there ever...they mret the means of ...giving your body hope and pacing yourself is the safest way .

The coaches are awesome, and the other members are amazing too. I was nervous going to classes at first because I thought I would be alone trying to keep up and figure out what was happening. But everyone was SO welcoming and so nice. I felt immediately like I was part of the group and I was accepted in without reservation.

It's been good, but i made it that way; I know what I signed up for and what my goals are, I want to be in the best shape of my life and I want to know how to protect myself.
X3 Sports is the best gym I have ever joined. As a former collegiate athlete, going to a traditional gym and throwing up weight gets boring after while. At X3 Sports, they keep you on your toes with fun workouts and the banging playlist on the day. I would recommend everyone to try it for at least a month and you will get hooked after going.
Everyday is challenging and paramount to getting to my fitness goals!

Love the Coaches at X3 Marietta location on Windy Hill. They're very encouraging, enthusiastic, passionate about fine tuning techniques. My favorite classes are boxing and fast track classes. There is definitely something for everyone. I'm someone who never really stuck with a gym membership and always gave up after a couple months. The group classes help with motivation and accountability. I look forward to going now, feel better, and notice improvements in my mood and body. Thanks to the amazing trainers Aladino, Daniel, Mia, and Terrance!

I’ve been a member since 2008. I stopped a while bc of COVID but I’m back now. It’s great to see familiar faces and some new instructors. Coach Aladino’s kickboxing class is my favorite. Front check in staff is always so warm and welcoming. Great to be back!
