I like the organization of the stand-up bags, sparring ring, and BJJ area. The facilities were very clean. But most of all the staff is very well-versed in all things, MA fitness, fight science, and overall very professional.

I attended the Marietta X3 location for the first time this past Saturday for a Unified Muay Thai seminar. The coaches and staff were very welcoming as was everyone in attendance at the event. I'd absolutely come back for another seminar or for a workout/class if I'm in the area.
My home location is the Inman Park X3.
My son enjoys boxing and BJJ. I enjoy that his confidence has grown in both sports. He has been boxing and doing BJJ for 2 years. He's a bit tougher because of the classes.
He had a behavior issue at the beginning of the school year. I shared it with his boxing coach. He spoke to him and we have not had an issue since.
I love getting better through consistent training! The coaches and other members are so fun and supportive.

Great martial arts gym
As someone who has repeatedly cancelled memberships at the gym, or found it difficult to maintain motivation, I'm glad I found a gym that continually motivates me and inspires me to keep learning more, improving my health and fitness. I have really enjoyed the group boxing classes with Coach Mia and Coach Aladino. They really invest in their students improving, and each class is always different. I've also taken Fast Track with Daniel and kickboxing class with Terrance. I have definitely improved muscle tone with their classes. All the instructors are really motivating, passionate about what they do, and keep me coming back to improve my boxing, improve my health, and I always feel so much better after class. I appreciate the X3 Coaches at Windy Hill. They're definitely the reason we keep coming back.

Beyond the great class experience, the staff and instructors at the Midtown West are exceptional. They are friendly, attentive, and accommodating; the instructors push our daughter to new levels with care and consistency. There is an alternate X3 location that sits closer to our home but we will continue to make the trek to this location.
I love the boxing classes with Coach Buddha he is very knowledgeable when it comes to boxing & the family atmosphere that North Marietta provides as well. This is the only X3 location I care to come to.

I've always been a fan of X3 because of the class variety and flexibility. The pricing is also lower than other places I've looked at and I've ALWAYS gotten great results working with the people here. Also, the staff are fantastic!
