I love that the studio is small and welcoming. I always feel safe and comfortable. I appreciate that there is no competitiveness like I have previously felt at other studios. All of the classes I have attended have been incredible. The teachers at Ahimsa inspire me to learn more about and practice more yoga. Thank you for being such an open and positive space!

Individual attention. Importance of proper alignment. Positive atmosphere and community feeling. Emphasis on all 8 limbs of yoga, not just asanas.

The managers are awesome. And the speakers are amazing. And I love the lady who teaches on Friday night!
I like how both the Goddess Flow and Yin Yoga class made me feel... being in a women's circle is important to me, and these classes both helped me to move towards the person I aspire to be.
The people/teachers are great and helpful, the space is beautiful and always full of positive energy, the props are readily available, the music is always very fitting to the practice and the class schedules are convenient.

I love the teachers and variety of classes. I feel very welcomed at this studio. I have taken yoga elsewhere but feel a true feeling of belonging and comfort at this studio. I love it!
I enjoyed my first class at Ahimsa because it incoporated chanting and the honouring of spirit at the end. I said yes to adjustments and I was overjoyed with the amount of attention I was getting from the 3 teachers during the Sunday class and during savasana they ensured that everyone was very relaxed by adjusting them. At the end I got to go home with a spider plant baby for my house and I got to learn more about the YTT program offered through them by some students after class so overall I think it was a great experience
