The vets in our area highly recommend Platinum products. Ordering is easy and shipping is pretty fast. I’ve ordered two products- biosponge and Refresh. Every horse is different - I had limited success with the Biosponge for a Senior horse with chronic diarrhea but my other non-sweating horse started sweating right away with Refresh. No other remedy had helped so I was very happy.
The products perform as described and the horses don’t seem to dislike the extra toppings on their grain. Platinum’s skin and allergy supplement was the only product that had any control/effect over my horses severe skin allergies during the summer!
Our horse was having trouble putting on weight after a hard winter. Our vet recommended Platinum products. We put her on the GI and Healthy Weight. She gained the weight she needed and her coat looked the best it had been since we got her. She ended up getting cellulitis/infection and was put on an antibiotic and bute for quite some time. I've been using Platinum Performance since about 2007, for every horse, every meal, and it has been the very best product to support, re-hab of those who needed it, and maintain each horse into dotage, but I am seriously concerned about your sale to a large, chemically-focused company. Your products -- and I've used several, including Performance CJ, selenium, yeast supplements, and more -- have been natural alternatives to the more chemically based supplements out there and I fear that is in danger of changing to bend to a large company's bottom line, over time, if not immediately. So I'm looking for alternatives to Platinum, as are my friends and those I've turned on to the products. I hope you stay as you are until we can find those, as you have been a remarkable 'local' company and one we could trust. Best wishes in your new alliance.

Over the years I’ve used supplements from a variety of places. Often I’ve asked someone what they do to get their horse so shiny and healthy looking and the answer is always “Platinum”. This year I switched and my horses have never looked better. I mean, just gleaming even when dirty or right after a body clip! I also don’t need some additional supplements so it cut down on the ones I needed. Even my picky eater liked it and I like the convenience of the paks. Just added selenium to offset our low selenium hay and it was super economical. I’ll always keep my horses on it now!
