Product for metabolic support is great. Customer service was terrific. My only problem was not being able to get this product in the tub with a scoop, which is more convenient and better for the environment. They would only send me the individual packets for the last two orders and it's inconvenient to use-time consuming to have to open and shake out the product which is hard to get off the inside of the packet...then the wasted paper product from all those packets-not good.

I use BioSponge on my 3rd level aged dressage Friesian cross gelding as he has had loose stools for over a year and everything we tried did not phase it including very expensive probiotics. He is a managed Cushings/ IR horse so we thought it could be his Cushings Rx which is Prascend that was possibly causing it? We ran several blood tests and fecal tests. He only gets tested hay and low NSC feed and the very best supplements. I tried BioSponge as a last resort as my friend has used it on dogs and figured I did not have anything to lose! It started working the third week and gradually now he has normal stools 99% of the time!! So relieved for him! It has been about 8 weeks now and I plan on keeping him on it for life. I may try and lower dose eventually. Thank you Platinum Performance!!
