The Bio-Sponge powder works great! My pup has issues with her digestion and this really helps! My vet recommended it and we’ve been using this for about a year now. It’s easy to add to her meals and she doesn’t notice it, which is great. I just tried to reorder the product but it isn’t showing as an option , only the capsules. I hope the company hasn’t discontinued this item.

My dogs can't wait to get their supplement everyday. We free feed so they have access to food 24/7 so I put a teaspoon of meat baby food with the 2 teaspoons of product and mix it together. When we travel out of state to visit family or to go to dog shows we take Platinum along. It seems to trigger them to eat and not get sick during travel. We have the 2 older Pulik on Platinum CJ for joint support. They run down the mountain, around the house to chase the ball. You can hear them hit the ground as they run. The youngest is on Platinum for coat and skin. She bounces as she runs chasing the other two.
Because we have such a rare breed people stop and have to touch them. Vet tech's dig into their hair and are amazed at how healthy their skin is. We don't have scratching. We have beautiful Puli corded coats.

My mom recommended that I try platinum to help my Dutch Shepherd's coat. After using it for a few weeks her coat is night and day different... it is now soft and healthy not dry and brittle.
Platinum worked wonders on both my horses who are very different from one another. It's an excellent all in one that saves money and extremely easy to feed and manage. The only powdered supplement my one horse will eat.

What sold me on platinum--I board a horse at my ranch, that is 36 and has been on platinum the last 8 years she has boarded with me. That horse is in excellent health and condition. I decided to put our Westphallen warmblood vaulting horse on platinum. My orders have been slow but when I call to inquire your customer service people are nothing short of FANTASTIC! I called on my last order and it was overnighted. I had it the next day! And never missed a feeding. Also, the product is great and my horses love it.....

Products are great and seem to perform as promised. Up until COVID your Customer Service was flawless. My last two re-orders were stressful because of shipment delays. You have been attentive and attempted to mitigate my running out of product, but my dog is medically-challenged and I worry when anything changes in her diet! As a regular customer, if you could advise me routinely of expected shipping delays, I can re-order with a longer lead time. Thank you.
