It truly made a difference in my dog's health and well being. After about four weeks of adding the supplement to her food, there was no more limping in her step. Often, I had to calm her down when she would get excited and start jumping around forgetting she was old. It is easy to use. It comes in granulated form with a measuring spoon in the package. You just measure out the amount according to your dog's weight and sprinkle it on her food. I didn't even have to mix mine in with her food.
