The chips had no seasoning the wings had no flavor the burger had a bunch of pickles and asked for no pickles

Always love coming to ECW my grandson loves the games on TV and the food is great.
Fiesta quesadilla was luke warm no sauce on top like in previous time. Used crispy fingers and just cut them. Service was slow per usual. There was a time we would go once a week and enjoyed it, even if service was slow now we go once every 2 months and are reminded each time why we domt frequent visit
The last two visit my wings wasn't as good and hot as my very first visit.
Normally wings use more sauce. The wings on this visit were dray with only a light amount of sauce used to flavor them. Many of the wings almost seemed naked
Over all the complete meal was great!

Just ordered 50 wings and the 30 wings that were sent were not Grand Caymon as ordered and we were told that ordering 10 wings as medium was the equivalent of ordering traditional saucy Buffalo wings, which was not the case. Historically I have not had these issues but missing on 80% of the wings in an order is a big miss. It would be great to get a redo on the 40 wings.

Improve on the consistency of each waiter or waitress or bartender reporting my orders so that I get my Last name removed.
Some are not doing it rather they ate just being lazy while others are.

The price of the food i shouldn't have to pay for extra ranch and then get home. Then find ranch missing from chips and wings.

I love Brittney and Pam. I will eat there everyday because the food is good but the waitresses makes eating there an experience. I love eastcoast and the staff.....
