Soft water makes a difference - especially in the laundry. Culligan technicians have always been helpful with any questions or issues we have. The service is prompt, friendly and not terribly expensive.
Great service! It's so nice that they have my refills and service on a calendar, and can come in and dump in the salt. If it was up to me I would forget; also I can't lift those bags very well. Culligan makes it very convenient and I really appreciate that.

The Administrative Assistant spoke with the Driver who was to make the delivery to arrange an early morning delivery for me because I had to take my elderly Mother to the clinic for an appointment in the afternoon.
The Driver did arrange to come early and when he did, he determined that I did not need any extra salt and therefore, he determined after checking with his supervisor, that I was not to be charged for the delivery.

They do the job. Water is soft and deliveryman does a good job.
It's great having someone deliver the salt and take it to the basement. Just wish there would be a calendar of delivery dates, though I do appreciate the email notices.
