For the most part we are pretty satisfied with Culligan and it's services. We do not have a service rep here on and regular basis. We would probably have salt delivered as we are both nearing that 70s bracket but we use a mix of salt and Potassium Chloride and Culligan does not carry the Potassium Chloride so I get that on my own and carry these heavy bags. The other issue we have is that for us we had an agreement with Culligan in regards to our filter and that it be changed at least yearly. This does not happen. We have to call every year for this to happen and it is always a fight. That issue taints our perception. If that issue ever gets rectified I will score a 10 but not before.

You show up when you say you will. Thankful for the guy who carries all the salt downstairs like it's a feather on his shoulder. Convenient ways of paying. Culligan's RO system is giving us the confidence to drink water out of the tap and it's helping us to be more green and minimize plastic bottles use! Blessings, Lisa Kesler

You are "can do" people and reliable to the max. My water is lovely and very soft and the management of salt delivery and softener maintenance is worry free and very appreciated. I love my reverse osmosis system as well...all maintained by Culligan! Thank you, Barbara

It’s just what we needed.
The guy who delivered water was extremely nice and respectful.
Serviceman came at appointed time and checked and reset my conditioner.  He also asked if
I wanted to have a water sample tested-which he did.
While he was there he also went to my sons house and did the same.
He was very friendly and talkative--even showed me how to reset conditioner myself if the power went out again.
Communicate well and are very easy to work with.
