I love the trouble free softener system that works beautifully along with a reverse osmosis drinking water system that is maintained also by Culligan on a regular basis. Having the salt delivered and installed is great!

I’ve had my system now for close to a year and it is excellent. I like that I never have to worry about refilling the softener salt since they come with a couple bags and fill it for you. They were even able to hook onto a few more water lines to make that soft water also.

My Culligan man is super friendly and awesome! I love that I don't have to be watching for him. He just knocks and walks in. I run a daycare so it is not easy to watch for him. Then he brings my bottles in and puts them right where I store them. It is so easy and perfect!!

When we have problem or questions your right on it and you make sure we understand what is going on and you work with us and get what ever fixed. That means a lot.
The technician who came to disconnect the faucet only did the faucet part on top of the sink. I was not home at the time-- my grandson was and I didn't tell him anthing because I thought the Culligan technician would know what to do do. I explained when I called that I was getting a new sink installed..
When the plumber came the next day to put the sink in, he had to remove all the Culligan things that were under the sink so he could put the new sink in. This should have been the responsibility of the Culligan technician.

Good delivery, prompt, and continuation of people working for your company. That means a lot. Businesses that have changing personnel every month sends red flags. Justin, (our delivery man) has been with you a number of years, is a great worker, and a fine human being.
I like having it delivered to the house and I don't have to handle those heavy bags
No worry about breakage if I owned one. Just call and replace if not working.
