That you bring the product to the house, which it two flights of steps outside & the stairs to the basement.
We can count on delivery on the day it's supposed to come. He is always very polite and friendly and can answer the question we have had. I like have the same person too.
Appreciate that you carry the bags to the softner and put them in. Within 2 days my bill is in the computer and I am able to pay the bill.
With the amount of iron/orange water we have in our system it was necessary to have Culligan evaluate our water and correct the problem. We have a chlorine tank, salt tank with rechargeable options as needed to correct our problem.
Mike, the service manager, has been very helpful in troubleshooting our problems.

I've had Culligan from Tomah since I bought my house in 1979. I'd NEVER be without it. Service is great, the people are very accommodating and pleasant and it's a great product.
