The customer service is incredible, Ashley Bjorge is on it! She is quick to respond and gets the ball moving. All my questions are always answered. The techs know their job and are quick for maintenance and if we have a problem!

What do you like about our products and services?

I am pleased with the service and knowledge of your technicians but it seems I never get the same one twice. Every time I ask for one, or refer to one of them, it's always "they've moved on."
Appears to be a drastic turnover in help in the last 3 years. I have a high efficiency softener and mineral tank I bought four years ago, and so far am very pleased with it. especially the low salt and mineral usage.
