I like the calls to let me know when the service tech will come to our homes. We have two homes and they are about 20 miles apart, and the calls help us control our dogs. The service tech is the best we have ever had and Bug Out is also the best.

Their technicians come when called. When they.come they go straight work, let you know when they are finished, let you know what was done and what to expect.
