The price is affordable. Ricky...the worker that came to spray our house is very nice and friendly. I did recommended BugOut to my friends who just bought houses. Unfortunately, when my friend had set up an appointment for the first time, the worker did not show up at all, and her husband was so upset and disappointed for the wasted time so they went with another company instead. Some of your workers are really nice and friendly, I had a one that said he came and even did a report but when I checked my camera he didn't even show up at all. I had another one who I asked to spray inside our house but was not so helpful when I had questions about the bug problems I was having.

The service personnel that visited my home were very professional
I really appreciate how quickly they respond to calls. We have the monthly service which I highly recommend and I noticed termites in my back yard. I called and they came out the next day to check it out and do an additional spraying. They are quick, polite and very friendly.
I appreciate them taking the time to listen and ask questions about any potential problems I may have.
My technician is very friendly and always on time. I like the fact that he always honor my request and call when he is on the way. He is very professional in my home and does not mind my spoiled rotten dog. He always ask if l have any concerns and does a great job.

I've used two of the big-name exterminators 30 years ago. I had more bugs with those exterminators than I had ever had. When I hired Smith exterminators which is now bug out I liked that it was a family-owned business and that when I report a problem it is taken care of. I enjoy carrying on a conversation with my expert. He is very kind and easy to talk to. He informs me what's going on.

Staff were very responsive to requests for service. Polite, courteous, communicate issues well to our staff regarding methods of treatment, means to prevent, etc. Provided reports of all treatment/inspection activities that made it easy to ensure treatment was successful and to see trends across the facility. Supported planning for pest control involving extensive outbreaks with expertise, developed treatment plans in coordination with site management within site policies, executed plans, performed follow-up to ensure that treatment was successful.
Overall, BugOut staff and management was as professional, responsive and thorough as could be expected from a PCO.
Do what is needed for pest control. Come as scheduled and return as needed. Our pest issues have essentially gone away with preventative measures you take.
