I had quarterly pest control service and annual termite inspection for many years when I owned a home in Johnston County, NC. Technicians were always professional, courteous, and friendly. I sold that house in July 2020 so I am no longer a customer of your company.

Good quality service by our regular technician, Anderson Rodriguez. He listens well and addresses any questions or concern areas. He is also very prompt on any follow-up or call back should any subsequent issues arise between regular service.
I am also happy with investigator, Bobby Simpson, who coordinated a vapor barrier replacement and intrusion service. He has followed up in a timely manner as we continue to work through "punch-list" type occurrences, that have allowed occasional intrusion of a mouse searching much deeper for any potential point of entry.

so far I am happy with the termite traps service. The other job with installing a dehumidifier into the crawl space. I am now waiting for the electrician to come and hook up the electric part of it.

I have recently been disappointed in the services for several months.
I used to see PJ when he came out to service our home. He was always helpful, checked in, answered any questions, took care of any needs.
Not sure for how long, 3-4 months longer maybe,
we have not received a call when the technician was coming out. Just received bill in email.
We have a quarterly service plan. Would like to know when technician is coming and would like to coordinate time so that we are at home. We like to have our garage, attic, and other areas serviced too. 4 times a year., inside and out our property if needed. That’s what we are paying for. Please let me if these requests and accommodations can be provided in the future.
We have had mice problems in the past.
Also, I did have PJ’s card to call, but have lost it.
It would be helpful to have a local contact and number to call, should we have needs in between service calls, and have number so that we can coordinate timeframe so that we are home.
We also like to know so that we can make sure our dog is inside during the service. This didn’t happen last time.
Thank you fir the opportunity to give this feedback. The statement/invoice that is sent via email should have our technician’s name, a contact number even if it is a local office number. All we see is a Bugout address and phone number for Nashville.
Would like to have the same service that we had about 6 months or longer ago.
