Nick is fantastic! Very customer focused. Your robo call scheduling appointments on the other hand is rude and insulting. It doesn’t even give a time frame. Apparently you think we have nothing to do but stay home all day waiting for a technician. Ask me when I’m available don’t tell me.

I like consistency, so now that the same technician comes quarterly, I have a better opinion of Bug Out than I did when they first bought Smith.
I also like that when there is a problem between quarterly treatments, they come and deal with the problem ASAP even if the 'regular' technician for my home is not available immediately.
Davis did a great job today and he is a pleasure to work with when he services our property. I always look forward to a friendly conversation and timely advice on what to address. Bug Out has excellent field representatives. My quarterly pest control tech is Josh. He is always on time and communicates well so I can coordinate with my renter.
The termite representative Garret White has been very cooperative in working with me to resolve some issues related to optomizing the termite treatment I want to have.

I don’t care for the new scheduling system. I’d rather get a call and/or a voicemail message to schedule, rather than automatic scheduling which is usually not convenient for me.
