I was contacted by the tech the day before the service to let me know he was doing same. Have been very happy with the service provided by Bug Out.
I really felt very comfortable with your representative Bobby. He called and gave a pretty close estimate of his arrival time. He was very friendly and polite. When my son came up, he even greeted my son, telling him who he was and the company he represented. I appreciated that.
Tyler Barber was knowledgeable and professional throughout his service at my residence. He was also informative and patient as I asked about the services that he and the company provide. All around great quality and service!

First of all the technician Anthony is always very polite and helps me with understanding what I/we need to do to make that premises less attractive to bugs..
Next, when we have an issue, we call and a technician shows up within a few days to help with the problem.
Bugout is very accommodating to schedule when convenient to you. They show up when scheduled. Jarod is great at addressing any of my concerns and if needed will return for a respray.
