Our service technician is very thorough in evaluating our property and treating it according to the need. He always asks questions prior to beginning his work and we discuss what has been seen in regard to pests and insects. He is very knowledgeable of the different pests that are common to the area we live, and he also examines places we don't typically venture into. We live in the country so there is a variety of pests that can cause problems. We are very satisfied with the service and professionalism we receive from Bug Out!

All of the technicians (Fred, DJ, Ricky & Charles, etc.) arrived during the planned time window and called prior. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Follow-up and inspection by Fred was timely and thorough. A very pleasant experience.

The young man who came out to perform the installation of the Sentricon stations was very professional, listen my concerns and answered all of my questions.
As a new customer I am limited in my experiences with Bug Out but so far they have been positive.
I will add that I am struggling to recover from a near fatal spell with Covid 19 and am having to clear my thinking. With this in mind, I have had trouble understanding how things go and would like to have easier access to a secretary to answer one or two questions for better understanding.
