We have had our services with Bug Out for many years! We had been with Wood Termite in Garner, NC and due to the excellent service, kept them when we moved to New Bern, NC. When the companies merged, we were afraid that they would not be as responsive and dedicated as before but were definitely wrong! We've had people come out to do other jobs when we flooded from the hurricane. Ninety percent went under the house and after we checked did nothing!!! Our crawl space is low but everyone who has been with Bug Out has done exactly what they promised!!
