There are 2 things we appreciate most. First, we never ever see bugs inside the house or garage. Second, the folks that come out and treat our property always close the fence securely. This is very important for our dog. The service is almost transparent to us (which is outstanding)!

I've found Bugout to be reliable, and the treatments work. I see far fewer bugs in the house since I started using Bugout's service. They also come out in between regular services to treat if you see an increase in bugs (I keep getting ants in the house).

Robb Rainbolt, our tech, is incredibly competent. He solved our problem with ants while doing the regular treatment yesterday. He took the time to listen to us regarding the problem. He gladly inspected areas in our crawl space at our request.

The technician was professional and amiable, also finished in a timely manner.
BugOut technician/inspector came within the scheduled timeframe, calling ahead before his arrival. Performed the exterior inspection and later emailed the inspection report. We will contact BugOut for an interior inspection of the garage and walkout basement when we are able to move furniture and items away from the walls. The interior inspection id provided without an additional charge.
My only other comment is that the Inspection Report shows a total due even though our account was prepaid in full a month earlier.
