It was the least expensive of 2 other quotes from other companies. Techs were on time and did a good job and knew what they were doing.
The only negative comments that I have with my experience with BugOut was I asked that they not submit the cost voucher until all the work was completed but they processed it anyway.
The electrician is not available for hook up of dehumidifier except Thursdays. Coordinate with everyone and make it all in the same week not a week later for the hook up.
Very communicative on everything going on, technician called when he was going to be late, gave report right away after visit. Ants went away before the expected time. Overall very satisfied.
