I have been with the company for a few years and I appreciate the notification when they are coming as a reminder to me and the Customer service that they give when I've had to call into the office. My exterminator always let's my husband know of any extra things that may need to be done ask if there is anything specific we are having problems with. I really like that I can pay by text now as well
