Thomas of Bug Out is so professional, friendly, and thorough. In the beginning, Thomas would leave a hanger on the front doorknob telling me to call to finish the backyard because there is a lock on the fence gate. We have worked it out by Thomas calling me in advance of his arrival so that I can unlock the gate. This is especially important because I work from home and cannot go and unlock the gate if I'm in a meeting. Then, he is kind enough to lock the gate for me. When I bought my house 6/21, there were palmetto bugs everywhere. Today, not one!! Thank you, Thomas and Bug Out.
