Our technician was extremely informative and attentive to our needs. He was able to get all the webs and wasp nest down. Sprayed inside and outside of the home. Explained how and when bugs get into the home and what to expect. Because of him, we are making some changes in our home. Found several openings around the home and because of him, we are fixing them. Thank you so much.
I like the fact we are getting a service for out money. The Representative for your company, Justin Wilcox made an sincere effort to explain what his inspection covered and actually did thoroughly inspect the house. Add that to the fact he gave us an option that made us more comfortable and more confident that we were being serviced. He carefully explained the new service for the the termite control and the very next day Mike, another very good Customer Rep., was there installing the new system. Again explaining every step and the way he would service the system. Thanks Bug Out for have great servive Representatives.

The pest specialist who went to our home on Monday, March 28th did a phenomenal job! Kept me in the loop as to what was going on with our monthly treatment plan. I asked him to treat our property for mosquitos and he did! I told him of a spider issue we were having underneath two sofa's, he handled it! Luckly, my wife and our daughter were home with friends and they let him inside to make the spider issue go away. Great job!!
