We love our technician, Ewald! He goes above and beyond to help us out with our services. We have not always had a good experience in the past with the call center your company chooses to use. They will not allow us to speak with someone in the Jax office. They either take messages or try to just give us the next available appointment. Months ago we had an issue with a couple rats building a nest in our garage and destroying items like our A/C line. The call center did not feel the issue was urgent. Ewald noticed our call in the system and reached out to us to find out what was going on. He came out as soon as he could to assess the situation and recommend what to do. Ewald did an excellent job communicating with us when the call center was not helpful. He is professional, efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. We really appreciate him and how he has helped us so much the last several months when we have a problem. Thank you, Ewald!

Am really starting to notice a difference with weeds in front yards with new technician.
There is not much to complain about except that I pay a high price for my yard service and I have to keep calling them back because they are not killing the weeds.
Technician was very informative about what he was doing and why. Also very personable and caring. He had an emergency at a daycare center and asked if it was okay to go take care of the problem there and come back. He told me it would take about 45 minutes and he was back at my house doing an initial inspection and treatment within that time.

The people who worked with me were able to find out the information I needed to protect my property from termites and what to do if there was termite damage.
In two days a person came to install what was needed to care for my home. He was very professional and explained they would check twice a year to make sure the home was safe from damage and to make sure their products were working.
