When I call with an issue they address it immediately. Our tech John Valese is awesome. He calls back and let’s me know when he can come out to treat the house. He gives advice on what to change that would reduce the bugs. For example he told us to cut back bushes off the house to help with an ant problem. He was persistent until my problem was resolved. Very professional too.
He was very pleasant and explained everything to us and answered our questions well.
Only complaint would be that he could have had booties over his shoes when in the house.

I would like to know when you are coming. I used to get a phone call but lately you just show up. I have pets so it is important that I get a heads up you are coming.

I like that the technician lets me know he is here to do my lawn service . The technician Oscar tells me what he will be doing to my lawn and he asks me if I have any issues with my lawn. Then gives solutions how the issue can be resolved. I find this a very professional approach to customer service. I am very pleased with BugOut service and would highly recommend BugOut service to my neighbors.
