Liam, my Bugout service person called before he arrived. He, as always, asked if I had any issues or questions. After disclosing that there is a standing water issue between buildings that could pose a problem, checked the traps in my garage to see what insects might new to the trap. Since I have no ability personally to rectify the issue, Liam made suggestions on how the landscaping provider might alleviate the situation in his report.
It's convenient that you have our annual termite inspection in your system and call to schedule. It's so easy to forget these things.
