I am gone many months out of the year, as I'm a snow bird and when I return, there is minimal evidence of bugs in the house. I believe it is due to But Outs spraying on the outside that keeps them from making it inside!
Mostly satisfied with the rep. Very responsive to our needs. Somewhat disappoi Ted (first time for suc) in tech. Has done great in past. This time did not see him due roof of tiki hut. Also two techs I think caused to much distraction with their conversation etc. Will see how it goes next time. Usually has been very good.

Consistency with visits and knowledgeable service person who informs you what will be done at the site and if we had any concerns that may have occurred. He checked for any termite activity, which were none, and cleaned then sprayed our eaves around the perimeter of the house. The service was very professionally done. It felt very good to to have it done.

Technicians are professional and friendly. I only wish they wouldn’t ring the doorbell or knock due to my bark monster little dog 😎 If they are wearing Bug Out clothing I promise I won’t call the police. But like I said, they always do a great job.
