We've had your service for 15 years, ever since we moved here from Seattle. You've been wonderful! This morning, Tim, the fellow who usually comes, came to our house and replaced the moth traps and bait we have. We have books and yarn in every room and it seems to be just what they like. He also set out something that will get rid of the baby cockroaches (it's hard to even type that!) in our master bath bathtub. He's always friendly, kind, professional, very knowledgeable, and can/has answered every question we've had. Could not ask for better! This is one bill I never mind paying!
John always announces his presence and then goes about his service! And the fact that he caught the rat remains high on the list of successes!
