My satisfaction is due to the very thorough inspection by Joshua Jones. Last year's inspection took maybe 10 minutes and, so, I felt cheated and like BugOut was just collecting my money, not really doing a good job. Joshua was wonderful and took his time, explained things to me and made sure he accurately saw what was here and what was not. Good inspectors make a difference since they are your representatives to your customers. He was one of the best. So, at this time, I am very satisfied.
