There is not much to complain about except that I pay a high price for my yard service and I have to keep calling them back because they are not killing the weeds.

Technician was very informative about what he was doing and why. Also very personable and caring. He had an emergency at a daycare center and asked if it was okay to go take care of the problem there and come back. He told me it would take about 45 minutes and he was back at my house doing an initial inspection and treatment within that time.
Made every effort to correct an oversight when I called for an additional service call. When I made the second request someone was at my door in two hrs. He went above and beyond my expectations in solving my rodent problem, even did a follow up the next day. From day one all your employees have been very patient and treated be with respect, kindness,and been super courteous.

Alex Duncan is an awesome rep. Always reliable and personable whenever he comes out to service my house.
The people who worked with me were able to find out the information I needed to protect my property from termites and what to do if there was termite damage.
In two days a person came to install what was needed to care for my home. He was very professional and explained they would check twice a year to make sure the home was safe from damage and to make sure their products were working.

Ruben made a "quarterly" visit yesterday. He was quite pleasant and easy to talk with. I certainly think that he's a "keeper". I'm really not sure about the termite part of your service. Although I appreciate the "insurance" it provides, many of my "implanted" devices are covered up and seemingly not functional.
