Punctual and respectful
Technician called and said he was running late due to flat tire, but he would be here even if a little late. Mind you my time was 2:30-4 he called to let me know around 3:30 he wasn’t late but wanted to make sure I knew. He also showed me thing I need to look out for around the house and explained everything he was using and looking for!

Lawn service is excellent
We've never had any issues since starting service with Bug Out. We rarely (very rarely) see a bug in the house--the scheduled / monthly perimeter treatments really do form a defense barrier around the house. If we ever do see a bug indoors, we can just give a call and someone is out to treat the house immediately. Great value / service / friendly staff
