Aside from a little glitch in the original evaluation time & day, your folks showed up when they said they would. Melissa was very helpful & answered my questions & those questions I didn't know I needed to ask. Pam placed all boxes where they needed to be & even moved one & put it where we knew the varmints were active. I even recommended my neighbor the Finnemores.
