The bugs are gone! I only rarely see a bug in my house, so the products they use work well.
I also very much like having the same technician every time, Reggie, who is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He explains what he is doing and why, and answers all my questions. He is very careful in his inspections looking for signs of wasps etc, and removing whatever he finds. I am notified by phone when he will be here, and he always arrives on time. I would highly recommend both the service and Reggie!

Service technician is highly professional and knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous, and friendly. The company gives adequate advance notice of the tech's upcoming arrival at the house and who indeed arrives in a timely manner, always considerate of customer and the property, and apparently quite thorough--no pests!
