Was double charged for my termite application. Was told that they would try and stop the payment process. But guess what they didn't stop it. I called Saturday and was told someone would contact me from the Clinton, NC office. Today is monday and I haven't heard from anyone. I tried to call and I assume that they are closed today for the holiday. NOT HAPPY
Service tech, Ryan, is very attentive to the care of our house. He always goes over what my concerns are and explains what needs to be done to control the bugs or any pests I was concerned about. I always look forward to when Ryan is coming, I enjoy his visits.
