Matt checked our property promptly when we thought we might have termites earlier this year and advised us it was a carpenter bee. :-) Came by for our annual inspection earlier than expected which worked out fine for us. Only thing I could complain about is the annual increase for continued coverage bond when there are no signs of termites each year.
