Mr. Bukowski, our BugOut Inspector, called ahead of the scheduled termite inspection. He was thorough and personable. Informed us of the two options to keep our termite warranty valid. We chose injection over bait traps. The exterior liquid treatment by a technician was scheduled for the end of the week and that also was fine.

GREAT SERVICE
Seagrape Cottage is a rental at the beach on Sanibel Island. Bugs and other pests do find their home here in the sea grass and hibiscus plants and sometimes make their way onto the steps of the porch. But each and every time I've called Arrow, they were "on it" and here as soon as they can... and that is fast! I'd recommend this company 100%. Customer service reps are also excellent.
