I love Brittany; she is amazing!
My only complaint and it’s not with the studio; is this guy who always wears shorts that are falling down during class; it’s very uncomfortable and distracting to see him; maybe someone can say something to him?

I am really enjoying the Yoga Sculpt classes. The schedule works very well for me. The instructors all have their flare but are consistently great. Especially love Emily, Crystal, and Victoria. Special shout out to Ryan taking over Emily's class - definitely bringing on some great new challenges.
Other positives, I love that there are two studios and thus more class times. I have been using the shower to get ready for work and it has been so helpful in keeping exercise a part of my routine!

I’ve taken one class and so far I like the variety and the amount of classes that are offered daily. The yoga instructor was very good - great energy and instruction/cues.
I really enjoyed the sculpt class I took on Wednesday at 6.30 pm july 31st.
Can not remember the teacher, but she was great.

Janae is wonderful! Her classes are always packed and she really gives a good workout with sculpt yoga! Love her sculpt yoga classes.
The instructor was super motivating and helpful. I really liked having a non-heated option for the Yoga Sculpt. Location is rather far for me but with Poway changing their schedule I am trying to find other options. The studio itself is wonderful and it was cool that there were two studio options.
Great C2 class. I thought Tim was a fantastic instructor. Engaging and challenging.
I bounce between the Poway and 4S studios. I enjoy them both.
I also love how easy it is to book a class on the APP.

CorePower 4S is a dynamic well run yoga experience that continues to improve and refine their teaching methods. Under the leadership of Carrie and her dedication to the art of yoga I have found myself falling in love with my daily yoga routine. This routine has enabled me to focus my life and especially to maintain my judgement in my business. I thank Carrie and the team for their continued dedication to learning new things. In one recent class I learned a posture correction to how I stand that has dramatically changed my freedom to move and seems to have fixed my back pain.

Friendly, welcoming studio. Small but well-equipped with two practice rooms and locker room (free locks at desk) and nice showers. Teacher was helpful, class was well structured and on time. Great studio.
