Shane is my favorite C1 teacher anywhere in San Diego

A friend invited me to check out this studio. The studio staff was incredibly friendly, the facilty was clean, and the equipment was in excellent shape. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Lots of classes offered. The time slots are convenient and classes vary. The instructors have been fantastic.

The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. I've been to a few different locations and they have been clean, smell good, and I feel good after each class.

I love the classes that I take. I go about 5 times a week and split my classes between C1 and Core Restore primarily. The instructor’s are world class!

Teacher was great

I LOVE core power yoga. The atmosphere, locations, instructors, and merchandise are exceptional. I recently left to join another studio closer to my home; however, I quickly returned to Core Power Yoga. There isn't a studio that compares to Core Power in San Diego. I'm going to be a lifelong member.

Great workout and pace was good

Great teachers, lots of class types

Erica's class is awesome. Always goes by so fast and she's a great motivator in the challenging parts!

This studio is conveniently located near my home and has many class options and times that work with my schedule. The staff are all great but outstanding instructors are Lu C. and Carrie, the manager. They have different styles of teaching. Carrie more than anyone literally instructs students. She tells you why you are doing certain moves with the anatomy behind it. She isn't gimmicky with her routines. Keeps it simple and effective. Lu C or LuLu is also an excellent instructor, just a ball of energy, very very friendly and motivating. The little spritz of lavender mist and towel swoosh during shavasana always makes my heart melt. She makes you happy to be there. I love 4S Ranch CPY.

Feels like a community, smaller classes are great

My favorite class at the moment is Yoga Sculpt. Before starting with CorePower, I never really worked out much and I was extremely out of shape. I started with HPF to help with stiffness in my joints after my baby. Once I tried Yoga Sculpt, I was hooked by the energizing music and movements in the class (shout out to Crystal's class on Fridays at 8 am). I am able to continuously challenge myself in difficulty while getting the stretching I still need. I am still surprised at how I look forward to it and enjoy it.

Marcia was a friendly and competent instructor. I enjoyed the early morning yoga sculpt class!

Janae and Jennifer’s weekend classes are consistently solid! Carrie always takes great care of the studio and the community is solid!
