Class options and teachers!

I've gone to CorePower in 4S Ranch a handful of times now and I will continue to go there. The studio is very welcoming and I can sometimes feel intimidated on my journey back into fitness but I have never felt that way here. Mary Beth and Lu Chen are great instructors!

Love the energy of Emily and Janae! These two instructors can motivate anyone. Great workout and great vibes!

Love that you don't need to pre register and plenty of classes offered - warm during winter months - you can take advanced classes at your own pace and still get something out of each class. Clean

I like the variety of classes and instructors. I also like the fact that there is always a sculpt class at 6am during the week.

Love the 4S studio. This is the one I frequent the most. Sometimes I am limited simply due to class time/format offering, but I enjoy the studio and the instructors.

I wished that CorePower would offer more 1.5 classes! One of the best instructors teaching the class was taken off the schedule and there was no replacement -- just two less 1.5 classes for the week at the studio! Also, it would be great if the 1.5 class was offered in the evening or a Saturday with a motivating instructor. The yoga instructor on M-T nights is ho-hum, no personality. But there's no other choice, so there's less incentive to get to the studio.

Also, I've been a member for more than a dozen years. I've frequented many studios around San Diego county depending on where I lived. But now that I'm in North County, the closest studio is seven miles away! What you should know is that there is a State University in this area, and they are moving earth around -- "200-acre project near Cal State San Marcos will include more than 600 homes and up to 1.7 million square feet of commercial and retail space". It would be nice if you could open a studio in this area now before the crowds rush in!

I go to my studio at 4S commons which is very convenient and close to home and everyone there is very welcoming. I am the oldest person in the class and do accommodate for myself at times and I am totally encouraged to do so. I attend Yoga Sculpt, Core and HPF quite frequently. Of course the instructors vary in methodology and style, but all are very competent. Just to give a shout out to a few I love attending LuLu, Emily, Janae and Mary Beth's classes. Carrie who is the manager is very competent and responsive. I have also attended Del Mar and Encinitas studios and find them all consistent, clean and welcoming. Bottom line, I love CPY.

Always a wonderful experience. Great teachers. Clean and organized studios. Great music and routines.

The instructor Lulu at 4S is the best ever. I have been to many different workout places and she made me became a loyal member to Coreppwer Yoga. Other students would say the same about her.
