Dan was great, incredibly thorough, a good communicator. I never had a useful home inspection before this. Extremely helpful. My offer took into account things I learned in the inspection and I ultimately did not buy the house. I used Highland Home Inspection again and the second inspection, by a different person, was just as good. I did buy the second house.
